The registrar’s office at Caney Creek High School handles all student records, including registration, withdrawals, and address changes.

Whether you’re enrolling for the first time, updating your contact information, or preparing to move schools, the registrar is your go-to resource. STEP 2: CREATE A FAMILY PORTAL ACCOUNT

Click the button to begin the Conroe ISD online enrollment process. You will have the opportunity to upload the required documents during this process.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Once you complete Conroe ISD online enrollment, sign-up for an in-person appointment.

STEP 4: ATTEND THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

DURING THE MEETING, YOU WILL

  • meet with the registrar to finalize your online enrollment

  • meet an assistant/associate principal to verify the student's enrollment

  • meet with a school counselor to review academic history and confirm courses for the school year

Change of Address and Withdrawals

Change of Address

If you change your address and/or work, home, cellphone numbers or email address, please notify the school Registrar in writing as soon as possible.

TO CHANGE A STUDENT'S ADDRESS

Bring proof of residence to the registrar’s office. (See information under Step 1 in the registration process above to understand what is acceptable proof of residence.)

IF YOUR STUDENT RIDES THE BUS

They are not allowed to ride the new bus until the address has been changed on campus. Parents will need to contact Conroe ISD transportation to register for the new bus.

This can take up to 48 hours.

Withdrawals

If your student will be attending a new school, your student must first be withdrawn.

Before moving and enrolling in a different school, please see the steps below to officially withdraw.

ONLY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW A STUDENT.

BEFORE WITHDRAWING

  • Student returns all library books, textbooks, or other school property

  • Pay all outstanding school fees in person or through SchoolCashOnline

INFORMATION NEEDED

  • Student’s first & last name

  • School ID Number

  • Last Date Attending CCHS

  • Name & Location of School Transferring To

Withdrawing In Person

  1. Make an appointment by emailing the Registrar.

  2. The parent/guardian must come to the school between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. to complete the withdrawal process.

  3. Attend the appointment to sign the withdrawal forms and receive copies of school records to transfer to the new school.

Withdrawing Remotely

  1. Email the above information to the Registrar and you will receive forms for signature.

  2. Sign, scan and email those back to her to process the withdrawal.
